AD or Director of Corporate Finance

Our client is an multinational financial services firm specialising in investment banking, wealth management and asset management. They are seeking a Associate Director of Corporate Finance on a permanent basis to operate out of the Dublin office.

 This is an opportunity to join one of the most prominent corporate finance teams in Ireland and work on a broad range of advisory projects.

This particular team advises listed and private companies on mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, capital markets transactions, debt & equity raising, all within a broad range of sectors. There is excellent progression on offer within this particular team, as the department and firm continues to grow.

Profile:

• ACCA/ACA or QFA Qualified

• Circa 5+ years corporate finance experience gained from an advisory firm or investment bank

• Strong M&A and/or capital raising experience

• Excellent financial modelling skills

• Strong report writing and presentation skills
