Corporate Finance Associate Director

Our client is an international financial services firm based in Dublin City Centre. They are seeking a Associate Director of Corporate Finance on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest corporate finance teams in Ireland and work on a broad range of advisory projects.

This particular team specialises primarily in advising listed companies on mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, Capital Markets transactions, as well as advising on capital raising transactions to companies from a broad range of sectors. There is excellent progression on offer within this particular team, as the department and firm continues to grow.

Profile:

• ACCA/ACA or QFA Qualified

• Circa 5+ years corporate finance experience gained from an advisory firm or investment bank

• Strong M&A and/or capital raising experience

• Excellent financial modelling skills

• Strong report writing and presentation skills
