Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is a global company based in Dublin has a new opening for a corporate finance manager. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of corporate finance assignments. Specialist areas include analysing and valuing target acquisitions and divestments as well as structuring, negotiating and executing acquisition or divestment transactions. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute on a range of transactions from proposal to exit

• Valuation work including detailed financial modelling

• Design and deliver proposals to existing clients and prospects

• Prepare and co-ordinate project deliverables

• Prepare strategic review reports for new and existing clients

• Idea generation and identifying transaction opportunities

• Manage stakeholders throughout the transaction

Profile:

· Minimum 5 years of M&A experience
