Our client is a leading professional services firm with a global footprint. They are seeking a Corporate Finance AM/Manager for a role within the Dublin team. The team has a track record of advising on some very high profile deals, with a strong pipeline of work ahead. There is excellent progression on offer within this particular team, as the department and firm continues to grow.

Main Responsibilities:

• M&A advisory

• Company valuations and due diligence

• Creating business plans

• Asset management

• Strategic advice to a range of clients

• Financial modelling

• Raising capital

• Debt negotiations

• Management of a team

Profile:

• ACCA/ACA or QFA Qualified

• Circa 4+ years corporate finance (practice or industry)

• Excellent financial modelling skills

• Strong report writing and presentation skills
