Director Corporate Finance

Our client is an international financial services firm based in Dublin City Centre. They are seeking a Director of Corporate Finance on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join one of the largest corporate finance teams in Ireland and work on a broad range of advisory projects across a variety of sectors.

The Director's role requires extensive experience in M&A, capital raising and restructuring. The role also requires a corporate finance professional with an extensive network and proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

Skills:

• ACCA/ACA or QFA Qualified

• Circa 10+ years corporate finance experience gained from an      advisory firm or investment bank

• Extensive network across multiple sectors.

• Strong business development skills

• Strong M&A and / or capital raising experience

• Strong report writing and presentation skills
