Financial Advisor

Capital8 is delighted to partner with one of Ireland's largest independent intermediary firms. Our client, is looking to hire a talented financial advisor to their successful team. With offices located in Dublin, they offer a competitive compensation package and hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored solutions to new and existing clients based on their financial planning needs.

• Advise clients on wealth management, retirement planning, investment and life protection.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial situations and risk profiles.

• Perform detailed fact-finding to identify clients' financial goals and objectives.

• Expand the client base through lead generation, referrals and sourcing new business.

• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• QFA or CFP qualified.

• Extensive knowledge of life, pensions and investment products.

• Deep understanding of Irish pension regulations and legislation.

• Proven track record in building client portfolios and meeting targets.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Positive working attitude with the ability to work independently.

• Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations for investment, life and pension products.
