Our client is a multinational with Headquarters based in Dublin. Originally an Irish company, they have a become a major global success story and rapidly heading towards IPO stage. This is a newly created role that heads up the learning and development function across the multiple jurisdictions in which they operate. There is excellent room for progression along with international opportunities within the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the learning and development strategy & initiatives globally across all of locations

• Implement learning and competence development strategies, to support the group strategy and local business priorities

• Foster a learning culture amongst management and employees, through strong communications and driving a holistic approach to development

Skills

• At least 8 year’s experience in learning and development in a multinational or advisory firm.
