Head of Sales Support

You’ll work with passionate, collaborative professionals to drive success in large institutional, not-for-profit and wealth management investment opportunities. This isn’t a sales role - it’s about delivering value through excellent proposal work, internal coordination, and client-facing materials.

The Role:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing support team

• Manage proposal and pitch responses for complex investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with professionals across investments, product, operations and sales.

• Guide junior colleagues, manage workflow, and contribute to strategic planning and delivery.

Skills we are looking for:

• Deep investment knowledge, especially across multi-asset or institutional solutions.

• Experience preparing RFPs, investment proposals and pitch content.

• Experience managing a team

• Strong writing, project management and interpersonal skills.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders.
