Independent Non Executive Director Payments

We are working with a global payments company who are seeking to hire an independent non-executive director to their board.

Details of the role include the following:

• Ideal candidate has payments experience with an accountancy qualification a plus

• There are 4 scheduled meetings per year – on an ad hoc basis as needed.

• You will not chair any committees but could sit on the audit committee.

• The firm is a medium regulated firm

• There are currently 4 on the board – two independent non-execs, one non-executive member and one executive.

• Time commitment is probably around 8 days per year in total.
