Information Security Governance Specialist

Our client is a success story in the financial services sector. Reporting into the Head of Information Technology you will responsible for the full remit of information security governance including developing, implementing, and maintaining processes and frameworks.

You Will:

• Establish procedures that adhering to policies

• Define roles and responsibilities

• Create security governance framework, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

• Own and evolve the Threat and Vulnerability Management process, the Information Security Awareness process, and the Information Security strategy.

• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify, address and resolve information security issues.

• Ensure compliance regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, DORA and GDPR

• Respond to Information Security related queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Needed:

• 5 years + in information security, ideally focused on governance.

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferable.
