Legal Counsel

Due to successful growth, change and transformation within the business, an international financial services company based in Dublin is seeking to recruit a legal counsel. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be responsible delivering proactive legal advice to the internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor coming from practice, 3 – 6 years PQE with a background in wealth management, corporate or commercial.

The opportunity comes with an attractive package, Salary €100,000 - €110,000 + bonus + healthcare + pension + other bens.

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 at home

Responsibilities:

• Advising on various aspects of Irish law, with a focus on corporate/commercial responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and agreements

• Reviewing banking documentation

• Reviewing and negotiating SLAs

Skills:

• Qualified solicitor, ideally 3 – 6 years PQE

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail
