Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage meeting rooms, catering, and visitor logistics

  • Keep client and staff areas tidy, well-stocked, and running smoothly

  • Liaise with vendors on office supplies, maintenance, and invoices

  • Support health & safety processes (e.g. fire warden duties, safety checks, training coordination)

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front-of-house, or office administrator

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • A proactive, resourceful, and discreet approach

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team

  • Fluent English
