Senior Compliance Manager FTC

Excellent opportunity to join a financial services firm in Dublin as a senior compliance manager advising the first line of defence on compliance matters. This is a Control Function 2 role. Excellent package.

Please note that this is a fixed term maternity contract.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate advice on core compliance matters

• Monitor and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures, policies and procedures in place ensuring compliance with core compliance rules

• Liaise with the CBI or any other of the firm’s regulatory or industry bodies as required on all core compliance related matters.

• Subject Matter Expert of the firm’s compliance training and awareness programme concerning all core compliance material.

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 5 years compliance experience.

• Working knowledge of MiFID/UCITS/AIFMD/EMIR.

• A professional qualification could include the ACOI’s Professional Diploma in Compliance.

• Strong technical and practical understanding of applicable regulations and their application

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
