Senior Director of Corporate Finance

Our client is an Irish indigenous, top 20 accounting and advisory firm. They have a new opening within the leadership team for a Senior Director of Corporate Finance. This a unique opportunity, offering a direct route to equity partner within a short time frame. There is a good pipeline of advisory work at present, but there is definitely scope to develop and build-out the department.

Main Areas:

• Deal advisory (buy and sell side)

• Debt restructuring

• Raising capital through debt or equity financing

• Insolvency work

Profile:

• ACCA/ACA or QFA qualification

• Minimum 6 years within advisory

• Strong business development skills

• Excellent presentation and report writing skills
