Responsibilities:

• Foster and manage relationships across a diverse corporate client portfolio.

• Ensure robust and compliant governance structures are seamlessly integrated throughout the entire portfolio.

• Skillfully address queries from client companies, trustees, scheme members, and other relevant stakeholders, including accountants and investment managers.

• Expertly prepare and deliver captivating presentations at key client, trustee, and member gatherings.

• Drive scheme design and restructuring initiatives, proficiently executing agreed-upon changes and benefits.

• Develop and execute comprehensive programs for retirement and member engagement, ensuring a fulfilling experience.

• Lead a diverse team in consistently delivering exceptional client services.

Required Skills:

• Possess a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in the pensions sector.

• Demonstrate a track record of excellence in client and portfolio management.

• Exhibit a thorough mastery of pertinent pensions legislation and the prevailing regulatory landscape.

• Hold qualifications such as QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) or IIPM (Irish Institute of Pensions Management).
