Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Financial Services | Dublin | Hybrid
Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a broader, more strategic role within a financial services firm?
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to take the next step – beyond pure sourcing and placement – and contribute across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with senior leadership and the HR team, you will lead on recruitment strategy while also being involved in HR operations, onboarding, early careers programmes, and various people-related projects.

You'll work at all levels of the business, from entry to executive, across multiple business lines.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping talent attraction strategy and contributing to wider HR development.
What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruitment across all levels of the business
Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs
Lead intern and graduate recruitment programmes
Support onboarding and induction for new joiners
Contribute to HR operations and employee engagement projects
About you:
5+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally in financial services
Comfortable recruiting across varied functions and seniority levels
HR/CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
Detail-driven, collaborative, and professional
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider HR team
