Technical Lead (Bubble Developer)

Our client is an exciting tech startup - providing business solutions software to the media industry.

Role

Skilled in no-code and low-code tech stack such as Bubble.io, you are a self-starter team player. This is a lead developer role with responsibility for the development of new software products, and enhancements to existing products. You excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

This is a remote role with 2-3 days per month hybrid in Dublin or Galway.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, testing and deployment of intuitive and elegant user interfaces.

• Drive technical projects to success and find architectural and internal design improvements to enable rapid growth in traffic and sign-ups.

• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards.

• Develop clean, testable, scalable systems and work with business stakeholders to identify software solutions to business challenges.

• Support test and deployment of new products and features, be pragmatic in your approach to your work, and deliver complete working features at the end of each iteration.

Required

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in development

• A self-starter who can demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to acquire new skills.

• Working in a highly agile way with experience in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.

• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly, and comfort with change and ambiguity while working in a high-growth start-up environment.

• Approach collaboration with curiosity and a learning mindset, demonstrating a willingness to foster an inclusive, empowering team dynamic.

• Experience working as part of a team, with exceptional communication skills.

• Self motivated with ability to manage your time and juggle competing priorities
