Working closely with an experienced Partner, this role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate and banking transactions in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and gain strong hands-on transactional experience.

The role will involve advising clients on:

Mergers & Acquisitions
Share Sales and Business Transfers
Shareholder Agreements and Corporate Governance matters
Corporate Reorganisations and Restructuring
Establishment of Partnerships (including Family Partnerships and Limited Partnerships)
Banking and Lending Transactions
Security Documentation and Finance-related matters

The ideal candidate will have:

Approximately 3–5 years PQE (more experienced candidates also considered)
Strong corporate transactional experience
Experience advising on M&A transactions and shareholder arrangements
Excellent drafting and client management skills
A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Banking or finance experience would be advantageous but is not essential
