Job Description

Our client, a financial services company, is looking to hire a client services executive to provide support to one of the senior relationship managers in all aspects of customer relationship management. This is a client facing role with an excellent salary.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the senior relationship manager in all aspects of client relationship management.

  • Handle phone calls and reply to enquiries from clients on behalf of the senior relationship manager.

  • Handle the account openings for new clients as well as account changes to existing clients

  • Ensure efficient and prompt handling of orders, trades, transactions, payments etc. received from the client directly

  • Maintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferences

  • Understand issues relating to market abuse and anti-money laundering

  • Assess data relevant to the investment products on which will be provided to the client, such as Key Investor Information, Documents, prospectuses, financial statements or financial data

Ideal Profile:

  • A degree / QFA preferred but not essential.

  • Experience in financial services is essential, ideally wealth management, banking or investment management.

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with a positive attitude.
