Corporate Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing Corporate & Lending team within a highly regarded Dublin law firm.

Working closely with an experienced Partner, this role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate and banking transactions in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to take the next step in their career and gain strong hands-on transactional experience.

The role will involve advising clients on:

• Mergers & Acquisitions

• Share Sales and Business Transfers

• Shareholder Agreements and Corporate Governance matters

• Corporate Reorganisations and Restructuring

• Establishment of Partnerships (including Family Partnerships and Limited Partnerships)

• Banking and Lending Transactions

• Security Documentation and Finance-related matters

The ideal candidate will have:

• Approximately 3–5 years PQE (more experienced candidates also considered)

• Strong corporate transactional experience

• Experience advising on M&A transactions and shareholder arrangements

• Excellent drafting and client management skills

• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving

• Banking or finance experience would be advantageous but is not essential
