Job Description
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a senior Company Secretary to join a well-established international group headquartered in Dublin 2. This reflects increased scope and visibility across the group’s Irish operations, with a specific focus on supporting the governance needs of its regulated and non-regulated subsidiaries.
The Group CoSec will lead the provision of company secretarial services to a diverse portfolio of entities, acting as the principal point of contact for the Board, Executive Leadership Team and key governance stakeholders. You will play a strategic role in shaping board agendas, driving governance best practices, and confidently engaging with senior executives and board members to provide challenge and insight where needed.
We are seeking a candidate with strong technical CoSec expertise, as well as the confidence and gravitas to work with high-level stakeholders and contribute proactively to evolving discussions. The right person will be commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
Key Requirements:
ICSA/CGI qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a senior company secretary, preferably within a group or regulated environment
Confident board presence with the ability to influence, advise, and engage at senior level
Strategic mindset with experience setting and managing governance frameworks
Strong understanding of Irish corporate governance and company law
Excellent communication, discretion and organisational skills
