Onboarding Specialist KYB

Our client is a global fintech firm with offices based in Dublin. Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Onboarding Specialist with (KYB experience) for the team. Job Responsibilities:

• Review merchant websites to ensure compliance with company and card scheme requirements

• Assist the Underwriting Team with reviewing merchant applications in line with company acceptance policies and regulations

• Conduct KYB and other due diligence activities using internal and third-party tools

• Assist with the maintenance of merchant files

• Liaise directly with internal teams on queries and requests related to merchant onboarding and website reviews

• Other tasks related to the merchant underwriting and onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level

• 2-3 years experience within FinTech or e-commerce

• An understanding of card scheme rules and requirements would be a massive plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to identify, analyse, escalate, and resolve problems / issues

• Proactive and goal-oriented self-starter who is eager to learn and take on responsibilities

• Excellent communication skills
